Bella’s love and passion for animals began at a young age, with her journey starting in the equine field while she was still in high school. Her passion for animal care has continued to grow ever since, and she is always eager to learn, develop her skills and stay up to date with the latest veterinary practices and protocols.

Bella loves helping pets and their families live happier, healthier lives. She is especially passionate about educating owners and helping families understand how to provide their furry companions with the very best care throughout every stage of their lives.

From young to old, big to small, Bella loves caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Her gentle nature, caring personality and dedication make her such a valued part of our team. 🐶🐱💕

Bella is also the face behind our clinic’s social media, helping share the daily adventures, adorable patients and special moments that happen around the clinic.

When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find Bella sewing, spending quality time with her beloved cat, Winnie, or simply making the most of life with the people and animals she loves.

Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Lydia has called Australia home since 2018. Her passion for animals has taken her across a diverse range of animal-care settings, from working with exotic species in Darwin, Northern Territory, to building five years of experience as a full-time veterinary nurse in general practice.

With a strong passion for animal health and wellbeing, Lydia is dedicated to providing compassionate, knowledgeable care to animals and supporting their owners through every stage of their veterinary journey.

Her experience extends beyond Australia. Lydia has also volunteered in Fiji as a veterinary nurse, assisting with desexing programs and contributing to community efforts to improve animal welfare and reduce unwanted animal populations.
Lydia's diverse experience, genuine love for animals, and commitment to veterinary care have shaped her approach to animal health. She is passionate about continuing to learn, making a positive difference in the lives of animals, and helping them live happy, healthy lives.

Sister’s Daphne and Spooky came into Vets at Amaroo this week for their desexing procedures. They were absolute superstars during their stay at Amaroo.
