It’s that time of year..GAIG Region 7/CDS Championships🏆 ITI JRs Chloe Adrian-Giannetto and Juliet Bradley made the long haul to compete in 4th level Jr and Training level Jr USDF and CDS HOY respectively. Chloe came 3rd against some tough competition in 4-3. The biggest congratulations of the weekend goes to Juliet, taking Reserve Champion in both her USDF and CDS classes in her very first trip to Championships. These girls are something else and we are beyond proud of them!🩷🩷

Feeling fancy for Fall! Del Mar Fall and Fall 1 that is. Encanto, Lupita and Mark each earned PRs this weekend: Lupita earned a 71% in her 2nd level debut, this little mare is becoming such a consistent competitor🦄
Mark kept his cool for a high 68% at 1st-2 with a “10” on his stretch circle. This little monkey might be growing up🙈 The big wowza of the weekend though goes to Juliet Bradley and her boy Impacto de Ruiz. A whopping 79% in her DSE class on Sunday. She’s put in the work and it’s paying off🦾

Summer in Santa Barbara!! GREAT show weekend at Earl Warren Fairgrounds for SBC CDS and Central RAAC. Team Irons covered everything from Training level to PSG, and with the addition of Terri Rocovich of Rocovich Equestrian joining the team it’s even more exciting. Whether it was a PB at a level, a new level or stepping back into the ring after a break, each of our 8 rides had something to celebrate. A special congratulations does go to Susan Soderman and Lady Lupita for winning her RAAC division!! Go girls go!

Dancing through HITS Del Mar🪩 Kate Sulzbach took her young horse Kjeldbjerg Remarkable down centerline for his first time. Even with some first time show nerves, “Marky” managed a 68%! Wowza! Chloe and Duvall continued their FEI education, with their strongest performances at PSG yet. They’re so close to that Silver🦾🥈

Success at SCEC!! Juliet and Encanto over achieved with multiple qualifying scores, CDS Championships here they come❗️Sara and Jouti continued their upward trajectory in 2nd 3. Their partnership is really starting to shine in the ring✨Kelly and Izzy strutted down centerline with improvements, although some unfortunate geometry errors kept them from scores to match Izzy’s ego🤣

It’s been a busy past couple weeks for Irons AAs and JRs!!
This past weekend Chloe Giannetto and Juliet Bradley repped at Pacific Coast Dressage/CDS Southern Junior Championships. Chloe and Duvall came in reserve champion in 4th level Jr Championships with steadily improving performances at PSG as well🤩👏 Juliet was hot off a successful weekend at Fox Canyon with her pony Persephone at 1-2 and kept the ball rolling with her new steed, Encanto, wowing with more qualifying scores at Training 3. Watch out CDS Champs these two are coming for you🪄🦾
At Fox Canyon, AA’s Sara Cutter and Susan Soderman both improved from their previous show with an over 5 point jump in scores for both of them👏 A HUGE improvement in less than a month. WOW! More summer fun on the horizon 🌅

Spring has sprung ITI back into action at the always delightful Spring Dressage in SB🌷🌼It was baby’s first show!! 🍼🐎 Head trainer Kate Sulzbach was super mom this weekend coaching six including Sara on Jouti and Susan on Lady Lupita who both have their eyes on RAAC this year. Juliet Bradley flexed her versatility competing in 1st2 with her pony Persephone and T3 with her horse Impacto de Ruiz, while also joining Kelly on Princess Isabella to try out the absolute blast that was the Intro Prix Caprilli class, pre 2nd 3 of course🤪It was a big weekend for Chloe Giannetto who (did) 4-3 then doning her shad belly moved up to Prix St George🤩 earning herself the High Point Pony Clubber Award. A late but great start to our show season and we’re ready to keep up the momentum!
