How tuff is the Fluval Flex? We are about to find out!! Last week one of our Fluval Flex aquarium kits was damaged by a car that drove into our store. The metal end cap absorbed most of the damage but we are all curious if the tank survived. I wanted to thank everyone for all the love and support you have shown Pet House in the last 24 hours! I have received so many kind phone calls and messages and the outreach and support has been so incredible. This really is such an amazing community!! I wanted to give everyone an update. The wonderful guys at Santa Barbara Teleconnect came this morning and got a register going for us. We are still cleaning up the store and making sure everything is safe for customers. If you need an item we are open for business however we are limiting entry to the store. Please give us a call if you are at the door and we can grab what you need. We should be open for business as usual by tomorrow. Here is a photo from our security camera that shows a before and after.

We are so sad to share that early this morning a vehicle drove into Pet House and destroyed our front counter and many of our fixtures. We are so relieved that no one was in the store at store at the time and all of the animals are safe and uninjured. Thank you to everyone that has reached out to offer support during this tragic event. We have spent the morning checking on all the animals and cleaning up. We hope to be open sometime tomorrow or Saturday. You can place online orders for pickup on our website however we are not offering delivery at this time.
