"For those who live in places where inclement weather strikes, some of the self-quarantine behaviors may seem similar?" from The Inquisitive Canine, LLC.
If your dog is a gold medallist in Jumpy Jumping, there is a training fix: teach your dog a new behaviour and practice, practice, practice! I'm very pleased to be quoted in this Bustle article about jumping up, along with my colleague Joan from The Inquisitive Canine, LLC.
If you'd like a bit more help in the "jumpy dog" training department, check out my online course made just for these dogs and their humans:

Positive reinforcement in dog training. Done well. Thanks for your continuous advancement of better dig training.
This may come as a surprise to those who work in regulated professions, like teachers, doctors, lawyers, plumbers, nurses, etc. etc. etc.... but dog training isn't regulated. That means that those of us who take your hard-earned dosh to change the behaviour of the 50lb predator living with your kids can legally do so without a single credential At All. Scary? Heck yeah! So when you're choosing a dog trainer, do so carefully. Read the fine print. Did the trainer educate themselves with more than a few seminars? Does the trainer use techniques which may actually make the problem worse, such as shock collars or other harsh punishments? This article from Joan at The Inquisitive Canine, LLC has some helpful tips if you're looking...I always send people to the The Academy for Dog Trainers find-a-trainer page if they're looking for help:

Hi, I found your page while searching for tips about puppies and play fighting. The information I found on your page has really put me at ease about my pups and their playtime. I now feel more relaxed and able to let them play safely.
These are my inquisitive 9wk old Jrt pups Sparky & Spud 🐶🐶
I can't locate your iPhone app. Is it still available?
I am so thankful that I found you. I came across your blog while doing a Google search. I think reading your posts and reading your advice will be an essential part to the success of now becoming a 2 dog family. I was super nervous and anxious about adding a new puppy into our family since we already have an adult dog in the house who has never really had any other experience with other dogs. We've had the new puppy for 2 days now and things are going pretty well but their "playing" makes me very nervous as it gets pretty rough sometimes and I'm really nervous about the puppy getting accidentally injured. I don't know how much a puppy can take. The puppy is a 9.4lb English Labrador retriever and our adult dog is a 50lb English bulldog. I am looking forward to seeing your posts and advice to other dog owners. I think you will give me lots of piece of mind as I'm a natural worrier anyways. Lol
