Mama Truffle arrived at the shelter with her kittens almost exactly one year ago. From the start, she charmed everyone with her sweet, loving nature and playful spirit. But make no mistake - Mama Truffle likes to be the queen of her castle!

With her stunning looks and big personality, she quickly became a cafe favorite. After 10 months of waiting patiently, she was more than ready to find her forever home.

After years of sharing their home with children and cats, Tim and Patsy recently found themselves with an unexpectedly quiet house. When they came across Rosalee’s story on SCRATCH’s page, they were immediately moved and came in to meet her.

After going home and submitting an application, they realized that one cat just wouldn’t be enough— they had room in their hearts and home for more. They returned to meet potential companions for Rosalee and found it nearly impossible to choose, as every cat they met was so sweet. In the end, they didn’t choose just one more—they chose two more of our longest residents: Chicky and Taboo.

Rosalee, Chicky, and Taboo had all been patiently waiting for over a year to find their forever home. Long-time residents and brown tabbies often face the longest wait times for adoption, so we are overjoyed that Tim and Patsy saw their worth and gave these deserving cats the loving home they’ve been waiting for. Attention Naughty Cat Nation! We have really big news.

We are honored to announce that professional MMA fighter and local crazy cat lady Mary Rosenbeck has decided to represent the Naughty Cats in her upcoming pro title fight!

Mary is one of the most dedicated people we have met. She works third shift as a commercial welder so she can train during the day. She is the perfect blend of feral and fun.

Be sure to cheer loud for Mary on July 12th as she uses her spotlight in the cage to shine light on all the Naughty cats! She will do it rocking the most amazing cat suit ever!
