š¾ā¤ļø FOUR DOGS. FOUR DIFFERENT STORIES. ONE SHARED HOPE: A LOVING HOME. ā¤ļøš¾
Today, weāre putting the spotlight on four very special dogs who need our help finding their people.
Some are currently in the care of SDBP CT Rescue, while others are still with their owners and weāre personally assisting with their placement. Different circumstances, different personalities, and different needs, but every single one deserves the opportunity to find a home where they can truly thrive.
šØ NASH ā OUR MOST URGENT NEED! šØ
Nash is an Australian Shepherd mix who desperately needs somewhere to go AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
We have personally met Nash, and he was friendly, relaxed, and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Unfortunately, his current living situation is no longer sustainable, and his family has been trying to find an appropriate placement for quite some time.
Nash would benefit from a calm, predictable home without cats or young children. His compatibility with other dogs would need to be evaluated individually.
We urgently need a suitable foster or adopter for Nash. Without somewhere for him to go, our ability to help him is extremely limited.
Please, if you have room in your home or know someone who might be a good fit, reach out. Even sharing his story could make all the difference.
š SUMMER ā OUR GIRL WHO HAS WAITED LONG ENOUGH!
Oh, Summer. ā¤ļø
This beautiful brindle girl has been in foster care for over five months, and we honestly cannot understand how she hasnāt found her person yet.
Summer is affectionate, intelligent, goofy, and just the right amount of sassy! Sheās been learning, growing, and showing us more of her wonderful personality throughout her time in foster care.
Sheās ready for a family who appreciates her individuality, understands the importance of continued guidance and training, and will love her for the incredible girl she is.
Summer has waited patiently. Weād really love for her next chapter to begin.
šø MAPLE ā OUR LITTLE QUEEN!
Small dog, enormous personality!
Maple came into our care after being found as a stray and going unclaimed. She can be a little shy initially, but once sheās comfortable, sheās affectionate, playful, and quite happy to be treated like royalty.
Sheās recently been spayed and is recovering well, with plenty of love and attention from her foster family.
Maple does best with respectful canine companions who understand her boundaries, and weāll be carefully considering the right environment for her.
Weāre reviewing applications and will coordinate appropriate meet-and-greets once sheās fully healed and ready.
š BANE ā OUR HANDSOME BLOCKHEAD!
If that face doesnāt make you smile, we donāt know what will!
Bane is just over a year old, weighs approximately 56 pounds, and has the most ridiculously adorable face.
Heās a young boy with so much life ahead of him, and weāre helping him find a family who will give him the stability, attention, and love he deserves.
Bane is vaccinated and will be neutered prior to adoption. He has reportedly done well with people, children, and many dogs, although introductions and individual compatibility will always be important.
Weāre currently accepting applications for this handsome guy!
ā¤ļø HEREāS WHERE WE NEED YOU.
We know not everyone can adopt. We know not everyone can foster. And we understand that bringing a dog into your home is a serious commitment.
But you can still help.

And please, especially keep Nash in mind. His need for placement is urgent.
At SDBP CT Rescue, our goal isnāt simply to get dogs placed as quickly as possible. Itās to help them find the right homes, where both the dogs and their families can succeed.
Whether theyāre directly in our care or weāre helping a family navigate a difficult rehoming situation, we believe every dog deserves that consideration.
