Hesitant to donate money via a link or simply don’t have that app?

Another way you can help out IBR and all their fosters and permafosters is to check out our Amazon wish list!

We have several items that are routinely needed for a lot of our dogs like ear wipes and Zymox ear flush - especially in the fall when allergies really kick up.

You can simply purchase an item off our wish list and it will go to a foster family in need of the item.

Included in this post is all of our current doggos who are either in process of or in need of finding their forever homes. Not all dogs are posted on our website due to being recent intakes. 👍🏼or ❤️ your current favorite on their picture below!

And as always, thank you for all your support and encouragement in making our rescue an on going success for these sweet souls.

🐾❤️ HELP HAZEL FIGHT HEARTWORMS! ❤️🐾

We’ve recently accepted a foster into IBR who came back heartworm positive.

Meet Hazel, a sweet 6-year-old girl who has found herself in the care of Indiana Bulldog Rescue after her beloved owner recently passed away. 💔

Hazel has already experienced the heartbreak of losing her person, and now she faces another difficult battle ahead. Hazel has heartworms and will need treatment, medical care, and lots of love as she begins her road to recovery.

Despite everything, Hazel is still the happy, loving girl everyone adores! 🥹💗

🐶 She loves back scratches

🧸 All the squish toys are her favorite

🦴 She never says no to a treat

💕 She knows no strangers and loves everyone she meets

🤸‍♀️ She loves to run, play, and show off her impressive gymnastics skills!

Now it's our turn to show Hazel that she isn't alone. She has lost her person, but she hasn't lost her chance at a happy, healthy future. With the help of our amazing rescue community, we can give her the medical care she needs and the second chance she deserves.

Will you help us cover Hazel's heartworm treatment and medical expenses? Every dollar makes a difference, and every share helps us reach someone who may be able to give.

If you can't donate, please consider sharing Hazel's story. Let's surround this sweet girl with the love and support she needs as she takes on this long road ahead. ❤️

🐾 Donate. Share. Help Hazel heal.

We will be bringing three adorable frenchie mommas into rescue tomorrow from a breeding operation just in time for Halloween 👻

They range in ages from 2-5 years old and will need all the routine vet care including being spayed.

We’re asking for your help with donations to get them well cared for and off to their forever spooky homes!

Alright fam. We need your help to find this ador-a-bully a forever home! Please share this post!

Rev girl is still out looking for hers and we want to get this baby placed before Halloween!

Rev is a 4.5 year old Olde English Bulldog with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart. ❤️ She came into rescue after her beloved human passed away,

Rev is full of joy! She’s a happy hippo with happy feet, a wiggly b***y, and plenty of love to give. 🥰 She absolutely adores her humans. She knows how to sit and kennel up.

Rev is crate and house trained, vetted, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. She has had eye surgery and has a few cysts between her toes that are healing nicely with care.

She is:
4.5 years old and 97 pounds
Selective with dogs
Unsure of cats
House and crate trained
Low energy with spurts
Good with children

You can apply to adopt her at the link listed:

Mojo is having a ball this morning with a stuffed rabbit he found at his dog sitters home. His foster parents are on vacation so he is staying with another volunteer this week. Mojo is a senior boy but we still see so much life in him. He loves toys, meandering and being nosy, great with other dogs and even cats (one even whacked him in the face this week and he didn’t care), is a total attention hog, yet, still a sophisticated gentleman.

He has been with us quite a long time and we understand a senior pet isn’t for everyone, but if you’re interested in learning more about Mojo, let us know!

He would love a family of his own.

Darla is a 6-year-old (54 pound) attention queen who can never get enough lovins! She has never met a stranger and believes personal space is completely overrated—for both people and other dogs. 😂

She has spurts of energy where she’s ready to take on the world, and other times she melts right into the floor and refuses to move. You just have to love her for who she is!

Darla loves people, enjoys the company of other dogs, and has some… let’s call them enthusiastic hu***ng tendencies. 😉 She’s a whole lot of personality wrapped up in one lovable girl!

If you’re looking for a dog who will shower you with affection and keep you laughing, Darla might just be your girl! ❤️

Adoption fee of $500
She does not require any daily medications or special food

We think 7 Brew Coffee should sponsor our foster dog, Oagie. He would be the perfect model for their abundant offerings, although he prefers a standard pup cup. 🍨

Oagie is still looking for his family. He needs to be an only pet, but loves all humans! He is a very good boy.

Housetrained
Crate trained
Excellent in a vehicle
Great on leash
Happy and playful as can be.

Everyone say hello to Buddy 👋🏼

He is a 7 year old English bulldog
Surrendered due to failing health of his former owner.
Good with other dogs and cats
Probably best placed in a home without young children
He really enjoys a quiet and relaxing space
Must have enough couch room for this 70 lb potato
Will likely need ongoing eye medication/treatment
No special diet or food
Some difficulty with seeing and hearing, but vocal enough to let you know what he wants
Loves going on walks
Adoption fee of $400

He’s going to need a home with time and patience to let him get acclimated to a new space. After 7 years in the same home it’s more than understandable that it will take him some time to find his groove again.

He is not officially available for adoption but we will start gathering applications ahead of time
