We are happy to share that our internet and phone systems are fully restored after the outages we experienced the last 2 days.

Thank you to our clients for your patience, flexibility, and understanding while we worked through these disruptions. We know communication was more challenging than usual, and we truly appreciate you working with us.

We also want to give a special thank you to our team here at BRAC for adapting on the fly, finding creative solutions, and continuing to care for our patients while the many technology tools we rely on everyday were unavailable. Your flexibility and teamwork made all the difference over the past few days!

UPDATE: Our power has been restored following yesterday's outage. However, we have since discovered that our internet and phone lines were damaged in the accident that caused the outage.

We currently have limited phone availability, so callers may experience longer-than-normal wait times. For the quickest response, please email ([email protected]) or text us through our app, Chckvet, while we work toward a full resolution.

We have limited urgent care appointments available today as we continue working towards full capacity. If your pet has an urgent medical condition, please contact MedVet Indianapolis, VCA Advanced Veterinary Care, or VEG Nora.
