As much as we love seeing these little faces every day, we’d much prefer it if they could grow up in a loving home, where they could sleep snuggled up with their people and chase each other throughout the house! Fig and Anchovy are now about 6.5 months old, and they’ve been with us since the 20th of January. In that time, we’ve seen them come out of their shells, become more engaging and they’ve also been great at following us around when we’re trying to do things around them. We don’t get to see dogs in clinic here at Paddington Cat Hospital, so it was lovely for Dr Leah to meet the very exuberant Lisa yesterday when dropping donations off at Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre. A big thank you to people who have and continue to drop donations off to animals in need - we appreciate it more than you’ll ever know!

Happy World Veterinary Day! A very big thanks to everyone who works in the industry - it’s a tough but rewarding job, and we love what we do! We appreciate all of our lovely clients and patients - thank you for allowing us to do what we do, and giving us a chance to love your cats. Some days are rough, and we don’t get the chance to breathe, much less have lunch, but sometimes, we get a moment in our day to show our patients some extra love and as you can see, Dr Leah takes those moments seriously! ❤️ Thank you for allowing us to be part of our journey, and know that we’ll continue to do our utmost to look after your little one.

It’s been raining cats, but thankfully not dogs, here at ! These 3 kittens, in addition to Anchovy and Fig, are seeking cuddles and love in their forever home! Beatle (grey and white), Stella (ginger) and Starr (grey and white with ginger fluff) are 9 week old kittens who are clambering to spend time with people and they are fluffy and fabulous!

Candy is so well loved that when she was unwell a few months ago, her owner not only cancelled a trip to make sure that she would be around when Candy got better, she also had visits from her entourage to check in on her.

It must be all the love she gets, because Candy turns 15 years young today, and she looks not a day over 6 months of age! Happy birthday to one of our long term favourite cuties, pictured in her natural environment of being spoiled by her people, next to a bouquet of flowers she received for her birthday!

Violet is putting her best face forward and would like to know if anyone has called about adopting an adult cat? Violet can be seen here, wanting some cuddles and love, looking for her purrever home. It IS the most wonderful time of the year, and we would like to show appreciation to our lovely clients for all that they’ve done for their cats, as well as a big shoutout to one of our favourite cat ladies, for always looking out for our mental health by bringing us delightful treats, such as this gingerbread house that Anthony would very much like to sit in!
