Our receptionist is heading off on a well-earned break, so we’re looking for someone to jump in and join our front desk team; working alongside one of our full-time receptionist in a busy, supportive clinic!

📅 2-month Casual Contract | Mon–Fri (shared rota)

This role is perfect for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment while still making every client (and their pet) feel welcomed 🧡

What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting clients + their pets 🐶🐱
• Managing bookings, phones & emails
• Coordinating appointments + surgeries
• Processing payments, insurance and billing inquiries
• Supporting our vets + nurses with administrative tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Calm under pressure
• Friendly, confident & professional
• Super organised with great attention to detail
• A genuine animal lover
• Great time management

Bonus if you have:
• Vet reception experience
• Medical reception or high-end customer service background
• Experience with Ascend / RxWorks / Covetrus
