Interested in earning money for Scramblers at the upcoming UKI Festival on Fri, Sat, and Sun? Interested in earning prizes for yourself and watching some agility? Sign up to volunteer!

What is a UKI Festival?
A Festival allows competitors to earn byes for the US Open and West Coast Open. Courses will be challenging and competitors will be traveling from outside of Arizona to attend. However, many of us local competitors are entered to have fun on the courses!

Why Volunteer?
---Leaps N Bounds will donate $25 to Scramblers for each half day worked by a volunteer
---As a volunteer you have the opportunity to work for specific rewards (toys, treats, training items). Pick up at the "carnival-style" reward booth.
---If you are interested in checking out these international style courses and seeing some new dogs and people, this will be fun.

Schedule
Start time: Field opens at 7 am, First dog on the line at 7:55
End Time: As you know it's a trial so hard to predict!
Two rings will be running simultaneously

Where to sign up
Sign-up sheets will be at each ring gate.
Let Kirsten or Jill know what classes you work, so we can let Amber know if a volunteer meets the requirements for a donation to the club.

Food Vendor will be on site for breakfast and lunch

Hi,

SSAC's Feb. NADAC trial is approaching. The trial is Feb. 20-22 on the beautiful soccer fields at Kino Sportsplex. There is a lot of room for kenneling and for exercising your dog. The trial is one ring so you have time to relax and watch your friends runs as well as spend time with your dog (and work a class or two) The environment is excellent for new dogs to get their paws wet at trialing. We offer intro through elite in our classes (except for weavers and chances.... no intro)

The trial closes on Feb. 14 so get your entries in. I have sent out confirmations to all the entries I have received so far so if you sent in an entry, I have not yet received it.

Hi,

Saguaro Scramblers Feb NADAC trial is open!! The trial is Feb. 20-22 on the beautiful lush grass at Kino Sportsplex. The field is large so there is plenty of room to spread out and exercise your dogs before their runs. We run one alternating ring trials so there is no conflicts and you can have a chance to cheer friends on. It is a nice relaxing setting for all dogs and people. We offer intro through elite runs (except no intro for chances and weavers, sorry) Our premium can be found on the website: www.scramblers.org

Our USDAA trial is next Sat and Sun.
Come compete, watch, or enjoy watching disc dogs on the north end of the field.

If you would like to donate a small amount of time to our setup or takedown, come to the trailers on Friday between 1-5 or Sunday after our last class.

Practice Ring: (new info not in original premium) USDAA is allowing us to run a practice ring during the trial. Details are included on the Scramblers website on the Trials tab.

Several announcements for those heading to the NADAC trials this weekend in Tucson:

1. Kino said there was a probability of a frost delay. Since we are not sure and don't want people sitting around and waiting, we have moved everything back. Gates will open at 8:30am and first dog on the line at 9:30am.

2. Kino has announced that they are setting up for the gem show. The west parking lot is full of gem show tents waiting to go up. We will not have access to the west side parking lot. We must park in the south lot or the gravel lot to the east. Do NOT park in the paved parking lot on the east side because it belongs to the hospital and not to Kino.

3. Because we are starting later, day of show entries will be taken until 9:00 in the morning.

Hi

We are accepting day of show entries for all three days of our Dec NADAC trial. The trial is this weekend in sunny Tucson. We will be at Kino Sportsplex on the lush grassy soccer fields. Our premium can be found on our website under trials. If you would like to enter day of show, please let me know by 8 in the morning or 8:30 the night before
