We are finally back home, Turbo can breath through his nose again. They were able to flush a bunch of crap out of his nostrils. They did a cell volume count since his tongue his pale is was a 15 which isn't good but isn't horrible. His prognosis is very guarded. He has antibiotic shots since there is concern of a respiratory infection. Subq fluids since he is soooo dehydrated. I will syringe feed him in a min. Thank you everyone who donated to cover his bill. His bill was $271. Turbo can use all your thoughts and prayers.

Another new beardie who urgently needs vet care. Turbo is 8, super skinny and both nostrils are completely plugged. My vet is amazing and they are squeezing us in, in an hour. I suspect he has a respiratory infection, his appt will probably be at least $200. The visit plus antibiotics. I don't know if he will need anything else. We only need 40 people to donate $5 each. Honey is doing amazing! She had doubled in weight. Her bones are almost 100%, just a couple toes you can't fully see. She can start eating salads now and moving to just bugs (she was mostly eating bugs, very little syringe food). We are moving her calcium to every other day for a month then to 3x a week. Before we could tell if her heart was just bigger in a small body or something was wrong. Her heart looks smaller now that she's grown, so no concerns about her heart! You can't even see there used to be a break in her back, it has healed perfectly! She will have a final follow up in 2 months and then be ready to go to her waiting forever home! Her appt today was 307.25, thank you everyone who donated towards her appt.

You can't save them all but I will save and care for all the ones I can. And if I can't save them but show love, safety and food in their belly in their last days, then it was worth it.

I swear Leia and Honey are sisters 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ walked in yesterday to Leia randomly eating her blanket, normally I find Honey doing that. And for once Honey was behaving 🤣🤣 these girls 😂😂

If your new, yes Leia is underweight, she is also recovering from mbd, low protein, anemic and had an infection. She looks great compared to when I got her.
