WHAT HORSES KNOW ABOUT GRATITUDE

Horses don't analyze whether they should be grateful.
They don't compare their pasture to the one next door.
They simply exist in the present moment—fully here, fully aware, fully alive.

Maybe that's the real teaching this season.

Not more gratitude practices.
Just more presence.

THE QUESTION ISN'T "AM I GOOD ENOUGH?"

The question is: "Can I trust what I already know?"

I watch this in every intensive.

Talented facilitators. Natural coaches. Everything they need is already there.

But they don't believe it.

They're waiting to feel ready.
Waiting to be certain.
Waiting for the doubt to go away.

Here's what I've learned: The doubt never fully goes away.

But you can learn to work with it instead of waiting for it to disappear.

That's what horses teach.

Not confidence. Trust.

Not certainty. Presence.

Not "knowing what to do." Trusting what emerges when you stop second-guessing.
