What really happened after Marie left (when I became the scapegoat) 🔄

Marie didn't return from lunch. She spent the break questioning my credibility and trying to undermine the process with other participants.

When vulnerability meets resistance, this often happens - the facilitator becomes the target rather than the person facing their own collision with authenticity.

Here's where mastering the delicate collision became essential:

When the group returned, I had to sit in my own vulnerability while holding space for their transformation. Instead of being defensive, I asked: "What happened at lunch? How did that make you feel?"

They admitted they all felt something uncomfortable during Marie's interaction but didn't speak up. These were people who claimed they "couldn't feel anything in their bodies."

The breakthrough: Helping them realize that feeling WAS their body's wisdom. That they had agency to influence the situation. That they weren't helpless victims of someone else's resistance.

Marie's projection became everyone's empowerment.
