Our pepper patch missed the memo that summer is over and is still going strong. It's a pepper palooza!

Did you know horses communicate primarily through body language?

Horses are naturally sensitive to movement, posture, and changes in their surroundings. They often notice things we overlook!

In Equine Gestalt, these natural responses can help us slow down, become more aware of our emotions, and better understand how we connect with others.

No riding or horse experience needed. Just time outdoors, meaningful connections, and a chance to discover something new about yourself.

Curious? Join us for Sunday Women’s Circle at WEE Farm in Savage, MN.

Interactions with a horse starts with patience and understanding.

At WEE Farm in Savage, time with Grizzly the horse is built around gentle routines, encouragement, and wellness. Learning to read a horse's body language, approach calmly, and give him space when he needs it.

It is a quiet, respectful way to connect with an animal, and to learn what thoughtful care looks like day to day. Our Women's Circle focuses on these steps, uncovers thoughts and behaviors that we didn't know about, and encourages that next step forward. Details: https://weefarm.org/gestalt-coaching
