We were heartbroken to hear that our dear friend Benny has crossed the rainbow bridge after a brave fight with lymphoma. Benny was the kind of dog who instantly warmed your heart—gentle, easygoing, and always so happy to see us.

Even when his young family was away, we could tell just how much he loved them—they were never far from his mind. He found joy in the simple things: sniffing the breeze, chasing critters in the yard, and soaking up every ounce of love around him.

Benny, thank you for the love, the loyalty, and the quiet wisdom you brought into the world. You were such a good boy. Rest easy, sweet soul—you’ll always be in our hearts.🧡🐾

We recently got the sad news that sweet Rosie passed away 😭 We first met Rosie and her brother Ernie back in 2023. She was always thrilled to see us, her official job was 'door greeter' many times! She loved checking out the backyard and her treats too, but people were her favorite. We're going to mis her immensely! Sending much love to her family and her brother Ernie 🌈

Update: FOUND! We received a notification from one of our clients that their cat 'Zemirah' slipped through the garage last night 😞 We were NOT pet sitting her at the time, but since our staff and clients are locals we want to notify as many people as possible to keep a look out for this sweet little girl. please keep a look out and let's get her back home!

🌈Last week, we said goodbye to a truly special dog. Fuego and his mom have been with us since August 2013—some of our longest-standing clients and greatest supporters.

Fuego was a sassy soul from the start—never one for warm hugs or meeting new friends right away. But over time, he let us in. After each visit, he'd warm up just enough to make a connection—on his terms.

In fact, Fuego trained every single staff member who ever walked through our doors. He made sure each person earned their place. Of course, he had his favorites—and if you were one of them, you knew it because he'd come sit beside you. But he had one golden rule: don’t touch him, even if he touches you!

If you were ever graced with a quiet moment next to Fuego, you knew you were special.

With full hearts and deep gratitude for his long, well-lived life, we say goodbye to this incredible boy. He earned his “good boy” badge in his own unique way.

Fuego, you touched every heart here at PPS. You made countless friends, and you meant the world to so many of us.

Goodbye, sweet boy. Kick your red egg proudly over the rainbow bridge. You’ll always be remembered. 🌈
