Say hello to Dr. Jordan Vega 🐾💙

Dr. Vega has been practicing for 9 years, but his journey started early—he decided at just 4 years old that he wanted to be a veterinarian. A lifelong love for animals and passion for science made it the perfect path.

His favorite part of the job? Helping pets feel better. Whether it’s relieving allergy itchiness or improving mobility with pain management, he loves seeing patients thrive and hearing how much happier they are at home. 🐶🐱

🌿 Fun fact: He’s a plant enthusiast! From succulents and cacti to bonsai (junipers and cypress), he enjoys growing and collecting them.

💡 His advice: Preventative care is key! Staying ahead of health issues improves quality of life and can reduce long-term costs. Pet insurance is best started early, too!

🐕 At home, he has two pups:
• Dave, a rescue American Bully who loves to eat and sleep 😴

We’re excited to introduce Sasha, one of our amazing Veterinary Technicians!

Sasha has been working in veterinary medicine for 5 years, with 2 of those years as a technician. She brings compassion, knowledge, and a genuine love for animals to every appointment.

💙 What she loves most:
Sasha is passionate about client education and enjoys being part of every stage of a pet’s life—from playful puppies and kittens to their golden senior years. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help both pets and their owners feel cared for and supported.

🐶🐱 At home:
Sasha has a full (and very entertaining!) crew:
• Solstice – 3-year-old Domestic Short Hair
• Branson Bean – Domestic Medium Hair
• Grizz – 6-month-old Maine C**n
• Bowdie – her energetic 1-year-old Black & Tan C**nhound who keeps life interesting with beach days, long walks, and plenty of mischief

Beach days with your pup = pure happiness ☀️ But before you grab the leash and sunscreen, let’s keep those tails wagging safely!

🐶 Hot Sand Alert!
If it’s too hot for your bare feet, it’s too hot for their paws. Try the 5-second test!

💧 Hydration Station
Saltwater is a no-go! Bring plenty of fresh water and a bowl to keep your pup hydrated.

🌊 Watch the Waves
Not all dogs are natural swimmers—keep an eye on them and consider a doggy life vest for extra safety.

🦀 Leave It!
Shells, sea creatures, and washed-up “mystery snacks” can be dangerous if eaten.

☀️ Shade is a Must
Umbrellas or tents help prevent overheating—especially for our short-nosed (brachycephalic) friends!

🏖️ Rinse & Relax
After your beach day, rinse off salt and sand to avoid skin irritation.
