Meet Chloe Erickson, our receptionist/assistant from Petersburg, Virginia. Chloe enjoys creating positive experiences by greeting clients, answering phone calls, and keeping the front desk organized. She loves interacting with both people and pets and appreciates the variety each day brings.
Before joining our team in November 2025, Chloe worked at a pet resort, where she gained valuable customer service experience. She is proud of her adaptability, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to take on responsibilities outside her comfort zone.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time with her cat, Mango.
Her positive attitude, love for continuous growth, and supportive nature make her a valued member of the team.
