🎃 Pumpkin Smashing = Stress Smashing! 🎃

Our team traded stethoscopes for pumpkins and had a little pumpkin-smashing fun! 🍂✨

Veterinary medicine can be stressful, emotional, and fast-paced so taking time to laugh, decompress, and bond as a team is more than just fun… it’s essential. Activities like this help us release stress, build trust, and stay connected so we can continue giving our patients (and their humans!) the very best care every single day. 💛🐾

It's getting chilly! 🥶Cold weather can affect your pet's joints, skin, activity, and routines. Here are a few tips to prepare your pet for wintertime:

- Provide a warm and cozy space off of the floor and away from drafts
- Sweaters or jackets are great for short-haired, small or senior pets
- Limit your pet's time outside in the extreme cold
- Some pets' nutrition needs might change during the winter. Talk to your vet if you think this might be the case.

Our sweet Millie had the best day at the river following in the pawprints of her big sister, Abby! 🐶❤️ She’s already proving she’s just as much of a water lover as her sister is.

Later, she even found a familiar face her very own vet, Dr. Murphy! 😍 Millie decided the perfect way to say hi was by curling up in Dr. Murphy’s lap… and staying there for a cozy 45 minutes. 🥰

It’s safe to say Millie had quite the day full of sunshine, splashes, and snuggles! ☀️💦

One of our favorite times of the year Spirit Week at Sycamore! Every day our team got to show off their creativity, have a little fun, and enjoy some extra team bonding (because who doesn’t love coming to work in their PJs?! 🐾💤).

From pajama day to crazy hair day and everything in between, it’s all about celebrating the amazing people (and pets!) that make Sycamore such a special place. 💚
