🐾 One of those days that reminds us why we do what we do 🐾

Today was a busy one at the clinic, and in the midst of a full schedule we took in an emergency surgery for a sweet pup suffering from a GI foreign body. Thanks to the quick action, skill, and compassion of our incredible doctors and support staff, this patient received the urgent care they needed when it mattered most.

Veterinary medicine truly takes a village, and we’re so grateful for ours. A huge thank-you to our local Animalance service for safely transporting this patient for continued aftercare, and to our trusted local emergency clinic, Virginia Veterinary Centers Richmond for stepping in to provide ongoing support overnight.

We are endlessly proud of our doctors, technicians, assistants, and front desk team who showed up today with teamwork, dedication, and heart. Days like today are exhausting—but they’re also a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for a pet in need. 💙
