One of our regulars, Forest, is here to share some tips for a successful Holiday weekend!
💦 Keep your pup well hydrated and cool.
🏷️ Make sure your dog has tags on at all times.
🎉 Expect fireworks, play soft music & dim lights - create a safe & calm environment.
🥘 Keep food, alcoholic drinks & desserts elevated & out of canine reach, at all times.
🐾 Inform visitors of your dog’s habits & your household rules around them.
🗑️ Provide receptacles for trash, compost, recycling etc. out of dog’s reach.
💕 Check in with them often, offering support as needed. Short walks, cuddles, praise etc.
