This road construction has been affecting some of our clients as well so we wanted to pass this along! Please call us at 207-535-9330 if you hit traffic and anticipate a late arrival for a scheduled appointment, thank you! ☎️

Is your GPS saying you’ll arrive on time for your pet’s appointment with us but Main Street and York Street has other plans?

We know traffic has been extra heavy today and it’s causing delays for many of our clients. If you’re running behind, just give us a call at 207-569-0064.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we all navigate the extra traffic. We promise the treats will still be waiting when you get here! ❤️🐶🐱

Our good friends at Helping All Little Things suffered a terrible tragedy last week when a very important member of their team passed suddenly at the age of 39. This very unexpected and untimely loss has created significant challenges for the rescue, as Alanna had many HALT animals in her care and was also very involved in administration and management. We will be sharing a few fundraising posts on behalf of the remaining board members; if you have a little extra to spare, please consider helping them out. ❤️🐹

Unfortunately many people do not realize that female rabbits are at EXTREMELY high risk for uterine cancer if they are not spayed by age 3-4. It always breaks our heart when we see a young female rabbit whose life is cut short due to metastatic cancer. Our friends at Rocky Coast Rabbit Rescue and Sanctuary took in Belle and her friend Peanut recently, and we are so glad that they did. Poor Belle had a large mass on her abdomen and her uterus was riddled with cancer. Although she is believed to be at least 9 years old, she is a little trooper! She sailed through surgery like a champ and felt so much better immediately afterward that she even tried to binky! We are delighted with her progress and so thankful that Rocky Coast took her into their care so this lifesaving surgery could be performed. Three cheers for Belle and Rocky Coast! ❤️🐰❤️
