🐾💕 $5 FRIDAY — MEET MILLIE!
Yesterday, our incredible intake and transport team worked together to bring one very special little girl to safety.
❤️ Everyone, meet Millie. ❤️
Millie is 10 years old, and it’s painfully obvious that life hasn’t been very kind to her.
We suspect she may have been discarded by a breeder when she was no longer useful. 💔
She arrived covered in fleas, smelling absolutely horrible, and itching so badly she could barely find a moment of peace. Her eyes and ears are severely infected, and it’s heartbreaking to imagine how long she’s been living this way.
But here’s the thing about Millie…
Despite everything she’s endured, all this sweet girl wants is belly rubs, a gentle touch, and a little reassurance that everything is going to be okay. 🥹❤️
And Millie, we promise you, it is.
🐾 You’re safe.
🐾 You’re cared for.
🐾 You’re loved.
Millie will see our veterinarian this morning. We anticipate she’ll need several medications, lab work, and plenty of TLC to get her feeling comfortable again.
