4-4-2015 the last bit of the Ice Tree. Can you see the last few inches of the once 35 foot tall Tree? Tonight it will join the rest of the 2014-25 Ice Tree in the pond.

It was 1961 when a man had a wish
To make a hill slide for his children.

What he didn't know then,
God had another plan for his future.

East wind blew the water spray,
The honeysuckle transformed in a day.

The man took all the Universe's signs
To build something special for everyone's eyes

You feel emotional looking at it
This sculpture carries so much history within

The curiosity rises at once,
There're so many questions to ask-

How tall can it get?
Who built it and why?

The man sho started this idea,
Gather so many people together

His love for like was incredible!
Wynter, the granddaughter, carries his legacy.

Question of the week:
Q: Will the Ice Tree be around next week?
A: The Ice Tree will be here until late April.

Anytime the temps are above 32 degrees the Tree will look sick and dull. Once it is freezing again, it will look sparkling and beautiful.

After a week of above freezing weather, day and night, it will be ugly.

*Southeastern Ave and Mimosa Lane may not plowed. Drive slowly.
*There is a SHARP curve before our driveway. Be cautious.
*Enter on the left side of the driveway.
*Do not park on the east side of Mimosa Lane or near the sharp curve.
*Remain on the pavement.
*Pets on leases are welcome.
