Over the past few weeks, it’s been such a joy watching Dr. Landis Pujol settle into Bayview. We’re incredibly lucky to have her. She leads with the same kindness, empathy, and quiet confidence that make Dr. Bowsher so special.
The last several months have asked a lot of Dr. B. Through every challenge, she met it with grace, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to her patients, our clients, and our team. Now, watching her and Dr. P begin building this next chapter together has been something really exciting.
And with Jay’s steady leadership helping shape the culture around them, it feels like a team that’s finding its rhythm. We have so many exciting things in the pipeline for the patients and clients that make our Bayview family.
Good leadership isn’t about one person. It’s about creating an environment where people make each other better.
I think we’re seeing that happen, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. 💜
