Here’s your World Meditation Day post:
Today is World Meditation Day and we have a little gift waiting for you tomorrow. 🌿✨
Three minutes. That is all we are asking for. Just three tiny minutes that could change the entire feeling of your day. We put together something really special: our favorite meditation from Deepak Chopra paired with some of the kindest, most tender moments that have ever happened inside these walls, puppies and kittens doing what they do best, which is reminding us that softness is always available to us.
Here is something that not everyone knows. When you meditate, your nervous system genuinely settles. Your cortisol drops. Your breathing slows. Your heart rate finds its rhythm. And your pet? They feel every single bit of that. Animals are extraordinarily sensitive to our internal weather. When you are calm, they are calm. When you are regulated, they feel safe. Your three minutes of stillness becomes their gift too.
You do not need a cushion or an app or a special room. You just need one breath that you actually mean. Inhale slowly through your nose and count to four. Hold for four. Exhale for four. Do that three times anywhere, your car, the checkout line, the waiting room, and you have already started.
Tomorrow we bring the puppies, the kittens, and Deepak. Tonight, rest easy knowing something beautiful is on its way. 🐾🌙
