Little Lockie weighing just over 400g needed our help this week 😻 It’s not often we give a fluid rate of 1.4 mls/hr! With incredible care from our team he went home much happier, even shouting at us 😹 He might have stolen all our hearts. He is an incredibly lucky little fellow as his owner found him on the side of the road. 😻😻

Online Medication Requests can now be processed at The Cat Clinic!

Tick this job off your to-do list anywhere, anytime via our online booking system. To request your cats' ongoing prescription from us, simply click on our 'Book Online' or 'Make an Appointment' buttons as shown below.
In the booking type, select 'Request Medication Repeat' and follow the prompts. Please include as much information as possible so we can action your request in a timely manner.

Our friendly nursing team will see your request on the day you have selected. Once the medication is ready to collect we will be in touch!

Easy Purr-Easy!

*Please note, as per our current policy & AVA guidelines, all patients must have had a medication review appointment within the last 6 months. If you have any additional concerns or if it has been longer than 6 months since your cats' last review, a consultation will be required before further medication can be dispensed. In addition, a maximum of 2 months' supply per request will be dispensed.

the full invoice upfront and claiming afterwards, you only pay the amount not covered by your policy – or ‘the gap’!

At your next visit, let us know if you’d like to use the GapOnly® payment service. All we require is your policy number. Your claim will be assessed in around 5 minutes while you’re in the clinic, and once approved, you simply pay the gap - and go!
