Alderley Enoggera Veterinary Practice

Alderley Enoggera Veterinary Practice Vetwell uniquely operates as a collective of veterinarians practicing at a small number of locations

The entrance to the Alderley & Enoggera Veterinary Practice is sheltered by a welcoming shady tree. Clients and pets have the option of an al fresco wooden deck waiting area or a cosy waiting room within the converted Queenslander practice building. The practice is conveniently tucked away, just a little bit down Alderley Avenue, away from the bustle of busy South Pine Road.

Hello to all of our clients,

We are currently building a brand new hospital behind our current practice which will be opening in early August.

Due to unforeseen circumstances our current practice will need to temporarily close at the end of May before our new practice opens it's door in early August.

During the months of June and July we will still be able to see you and your pets with our staff working at our sister practices:
Mitchelton Vet Practice: 3355 1210
Aspley Vet Practice: 3263 3166

Your pet's records will be accessible at our sister clinics and we will be able to continue to see your pets for both routine and non routine health appointments, along with supplying medications and over the counter products.

We apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Our last day of trade in our current building is Saturday May 30th and opening our new hospital in early August.

Everyone!! Please meet Papi, he was brought in today for his second puppy vaccination by his mum. Papi is an 11 week old miniature longhaired daschund.

Here he is with his snuffle mat, being distracted for his veterinary visit.

Today Vet Nurse Nicki's cat Betty-Anne had a dental and some teeth extracted. Before her dental cleaning she had dental xrays taken so the tooth health could be fully assessed. She was attached to monitoring equipment to check on her blood pressure, her heart rate and her oxygen levels throughout the procedure.

Here are some of the dental xrays taken today. As you can see Betty-Anne has already had one canine tooth extracted previously.

You may have noticed some exciting progress next door! Construction is officially underway for our new practice location.

We want to reassure you that business will continue as usual, and your visit will remain unaffected by the construction. We can’t wait to share this modern new space with our valued patients.

During this time the carpark behind the practice will be unavailable. Please don't attempt the steep driveway as it's difficult to reverse out!

This is Sirius. He came in today to see Dr Tayla for his yearly vaccination and check up. Here he is demonstrating how to use the scales, walking very nicely on his harness and striking a pose.

We all enjoyed meeting Sirius and his mum today.
