Tiny Paws. Big Courage. 🩶🐾

Meet one of our tiniest patients.

At just a few weeks old, every gram gained, every feed and every degree of body temperature matter.

The bright red lobster isn't just a cuddly companion—it's actually a lobster-shaped heat bag, helping this little fighter stay warm while receiving treatment.🦞

At just a few hundred grams, even placing an IV catheter requires patience, precision and a gentle touch. Every tiny drop of fluid, every feed and every bit of warmth can make a difference.

There is still a journey ahead, but today, we're celebrating the little victories: brighter eyes, a little more strength and another day of fighting.

It's patients like this that remind us why we do what we do. No matter how small, every life deserves the very best chance. 💙

This little prehistoric visitor popped in for a check-up today and absolutely stole the show. We can confirm that despite appearances, this species is friendly, cuddly, and accepts treats as payment. 🍖

No matter whether your companion has fur, feathers, scales, or thinks they're a dinosaur, our team is here to provide compassionate care for the whole family.

In this photo, Dr Elise is performing cherry eye correction surgery while nurses Raven and Amelie assist throughout the procedure and closely monitor the patient under anaesthesia.

From preparation and monitoring to recovery, every member of the team plays an important role in keeping our patients safe, comfortable and cared for.

💖 Brave little Tilly 💖

This sweet girl was an absolute superstar through her surgery — calm, gentle, and so incredibly brave 🐾✨

Tilly’s story is also a reminder of how important caring, observant owners are. Her family noticed a small lump early and didn’t ignore it — and that made all the difference 💚

Many lumps in dogs are harmless, but some (like mast cell tumours) can look small and innocent at first. The only way to know is to have them checked.

We’re so proud of Tilly and so grateful to her wonderful family for trusting us with her care. Wishing her a smooth and speedy recovery 💕

📌 If you ever find a new lump on your dog — even a tiny one — bring them in. Early answers give the best options.

As the festive season approaches, we’d like to let you know our Christmas & New Year opening hours so you can plan ahead for your pets’ care 🐶🐱

We’ll still be here on selected days to look after your furry family members, with a short break on public holidays to allow our team to recharge.
