Yesterday we celebrated Secretary’s Day, but we think these very special ladies deserve a title all of their own… something more along the lines of “Unicorn Wonder Women”! 🦄🦸♀️✨
Being a veterinary receptionist requires a very specific skill set — including hair on your teeth, nerves of steel and a heart of gold. ❤️
They keep their cool under intense pressure, juggle a million things at once, and somehow manage to navigate the full spectrum of human and animal emotions — often all at the same time! 🐾
It can be an incredibly demanding role, and constantly being the calm in everyone else’s storm can certainly take its toll. So, we decided these ladies deserved a little well-earned indulgence at Shambala Wellness Spa. 🧖♀️✨
Because behind every great veterinary team is a receptionist who keeps the wheels turning, the clients reassured and the chaos (mostly!) under control.
We simply would not be able to do what we do without them. 💕
