Dear Clients. Dr Kat will be taking a short break (27 Aug - 2 Sept 2025) to compete in Durbanville this weekend. The practice is still open for bookings and queries on 0633707389 as per normal. Consults and horse vaccines will be from Tuesday, 2nd September 2025.

Please be vigilant. There have been several unusual cases of acute onset seizuring in horses within the bay. Unfortunately most did not have samples taken.
Please monitor your horses temperatures twice daily and call your vet if there are any unusual symptoms.
Please, should your horse succumb, please consider calling your vet to have samples taken and sent away so we can determine a cause.

For all queries and bookings please contact the office 063 370 7389 at any hour and we will reply during office hours ( Mon to Thurs 8am to 3pm, Fri 12-2pm)
For emergencies,
Please WhatsApp message 084 245 3109. If you receive no reply within 5 min please phone.

We are a one man practice and the Dr is often unable to answer phone calls due to being in consult, with horses or driving etc. Please make use of the practice phone afterhours for non emergencies.
