Sweet Lilly was on duty, ready to offer moral support, just in case any patients needed a little extra comfort during their nail trims or vaccines. We sure do love our little helpers!💙 🐾

Parvovirus is a highly contagious and potentially deadly virus that attacks a dog’s gastrointestinal system. It spreads through infected f***s and can survive in the environment for months. Symptoms include severe vomiting, diarrhea (often bloody), dehydration, and weakness, and it progresses quickly, especially in puppies.

💉 The good news? It’s preventable with routine vaccination. Parvo is part of your dog’s core vaccine series, included in the DHPP vaccine at Pine Valley! Keeping your pet vaccinated is one of the most important ways we can protect them from serious illness.

It’s National Hug Your Cat Day, not that we needed an excuse! 😻 We’ve been handing out extra cuddles to all our feline visitors today (and honestly… every day).

Go hug your cat. They’ll love it. Or tolerate it. Either way, it counts.

Time for our annual reminder... Remember that even on mild days, the inside of a car can become dangerously hot in minutes, and pets are at serious risk. We see the effects of heatstroke far too often, and in many cases, it happens faster than you’d think. If you can’t bring your pet inside with you, it’s safest to leave them at home.

⚠️Even a quick errand can be too long!

Stay safe and help spread the word this summer.
