I am asking every single one of you who loves dogs to please share Chloe’s story, reach out to your friends, talk to your family, and think outside the usual rescue community. Do you know someone who doesn't have dogs but might want the sweetest, snuggliest senior girl to love on? Please, please send them Chloe’s way.
I know everyone is struggling right now. There are so few adopters, so many dogs needing homes, and more surrenders than many of us know what to do with. As a small rescue, we understand those struggles as much as anyone. We feel it every single day, and we know how hard it is to find homes for the dogs who need us.
But we also know that somewhere out there, there is a right spot for Chloe to land. We just have to find it. And we need your help to do that.
Chloe deserves so much more than what she has right now. Her current foster situation isn't the right environment for her, and she needs a home where she can be the only dog. She needs a peaceful place to land, a cozy spot on the couch, a person to snuggle up with, and someone who will make her feel safe, cherished, and loved.
She is a senior girl. Her golden years should be filled with comfort, affection, and the simple joy of being someone's everything. She deserves to spend her days feeling happy, secure, and loved, without the stress of living with other dogs. She shouldn't have to keep waiting for the home that will finally give her that peace.
We know we can't save every dog, and we know that right now, finding adopters feels harder than ever. But we have to keep trying for Chloe. We have to believe that the right person is out there, even if we haven't found them yet.
So please, think about the people in your life who don't have dogs. Reach out to your friends, share her story, and help us reach someone who might never have considered adopting a senior dog but could be exactly who Chloe needs.
You don't have to be a rescue volunteer to help Chloe. You just have to know someone with room in their heart and home for a sweet senior girl who deserves to spend her golden years being loved.
