Exciting news!
Erin Erickson of Dark Horse Mounted Archers could be joining us on July 25th and 26th for a two day Mounted Archery Clinic!
A little bit about Erin, she is on the Mounted Archery Association of the America’s (MA3) board of directors and is a renowned archer known for her dedication to the sport and the training of her horses. She also holds spot number 8 in the top 50 mounted archers in the United States National Ranking. She’s traveled to Hungary to earn her trainer certification with Némethy Horseback Archery Academy, and just hosted a Train the Trainers clinic at her North Carolina farm with the Némethy Academy coming to her!
Needless to say I’m incredibly excited to have the opportunity to have Erin come train us!

Clinic costs will be $150/day to Dark Horse mounted Archery and a $50 facility/grounds fee to Secret Pride Stables. Snacks and refreshments will be available throughout the day in the air-conditioned party room. Horses and Haul-ins available!
Each day Erin will spend 4 - 5 hours training; focusing on assessing rider/skill, overviewing rider positions for shot form and balance. This includes both unmounted and mounted sessions, day two builds on the skills learned on the previous day both on the ground and under-saddle.
