🐾 Shy guy glow-up alert: Meet Ozzie (A882869)! 💫

When Ozzie first arrived, he was shut down and unsure. Now? He’s walking on leash, chasing silly sounds, and hopping in and out of the pool like a pro! 🐶💦 He’s still a little timid with new people, but he's come so far, and this sweet pup is learning the world isn't so scary after all.

Ozzie adores other dogs and lights up around them. He’s gentle, goofy, and a true softie at heart. Want a buddy for your pup? Bring them by for a meet-and-greet — Ozzie may have just been waiting for them all along. 💛

This 5-year-old Lab/Husky mix is the total package:
✅ Calm and respectful – never jumps
✅ Walks well on a harness (with just a lil’ husky determination)
✅ Smart as a whip – knows “sit,” “down,” and “shake”
✅ Treat-motivated and super handler-focused
✅ Obsessed with plush toys and sniffing enrichment time (his fave!)

Apollo had the best day soaking up sun, taking a gentle walk, and nose-diving for treats in the grass — sniffari style! It wore him out more than the walk itself (relatable, honestly).

💖 Lucrezia is for the girls 💖
This petite pit/boxer mix is a total sweetheart with a soft soul—and she’s looking for a very specific kind of forever home: gentle, patient, and preferably full of female energy (she’s a woman’s woman 🫶).

Lucrezia is amazing on leash, non-reactive to other animals, crate-trained, loves a soft couch, and will gently accept all the cuddles, nail trims, and ear cleanings you offer. She thrives with structure, kindness, and calm vibes. With her foster mom, she’s loving, loyal, and completely at ease.

💔 But shelter life crushed her spirit. She barely ate and shook constantly. We do not want her to go back.

She struggles to go potty on leash and holds it for way too long unless she's in a safe, enclosed space. She's also terrified of men and is slowly building trust, but it’s a long road—and we want to find her a home where she doesn’t have to constantly be scared.

Lucrezia deserves a soft life. A peaceful one. A woman-led home with a yard, another kind dog, or just someone with a huge heart and serious patience. She’s working so hard to heal, and she deserves someone who sees how special she is.

🚨 Sweetheart alert! 🚨 Birdie is a soft, soulful pup who’s been stuck at the shelter since April—and kennel life is really wearing on her. 😞💔

She’s a 4-year-old shy gal with a gentle heart, a love of snacks, and a growing appreciation for belly rubs (thanks to some furry roommates who’ve shown her the ropes 🐶🐾).

Birdie needs a peaceful home where she can decompress, unwind, and bloom into her best self. 🌸 She may even enjoy a calm canine buddy! 🐕‍🦺

🚀 Meet Houston (A891803) we don’t have a problem, we have a handsome German Shepherd looking for a home! 🖤🐾

This 3-year-old, 62-lb gent is equal parts alert, loyal, and soulful. Houston recently met a few social dogs at the shelter and was polite, but not quite ready to break into zoomies just yet. We’re hoping more time in playgroups will help his silly side shine! 🐶✨

That said, Houston’s heart might belong to a one-dog household. He can get a little frustrated when other dogs come too close, especially at the fence, and right now he prefers to keep to himself in the yard.
