🐢 Tortoises are super slow movers! 🐢 We may not be the fastest animals around, but our steady pace helps us conserve energy and navigate our environment with ease.
🐢 Did you know tortoises can live for a really long time? Some tortoise species can live for over 100 years! That's longer than most people's grandparents!
🐢 Tortoises have built-in armor! 🛡️ Our hard shell, made of keratin, protects us from predators and harsh weather conditions. It's like having a portable fortress wherever we go!
