In observance of Memorial Day, all CVH locations will be closed on Monday, May 25th. Our Downtown office will still have Urgent Care in the evening from 5pm-10pm, please call ahead for these services at 865-525-1167. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

If your pet experiences an emergency while we are closed, please visit Animal Emergency and Specialty Center (865) 693-4440 or UTCVM (865) 974-8387

Last week was all about our exceptional CRS team during Veterinary Reception Appreciation Week! Each of these compassionate people are the first voice that you hear when you call our offices, the first faces you see when you meet our team, the first to give your pets all the lovings with a CVH name tag, the ones to hold your hands during the tough appointments, the ones to celebrate with you during the good ones, the ones who triage every call, the ones who bear it all. Our practice relies heavily on our CRS team, at all of our locations. Veterinary medicine is a team-effort field and Veterinary Receptionists are the backbone of that team everywhere. We feel fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people who consistently go the extra mile for every pet that walks through our doors. Being a CRS can sometimes be a thankless job, but we want them to know how valued they are. To our incredible Customer Relations Specialists, thank you for everything you do for our beloved pets!
