🐾💕 Happy Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week! 💕🐾
We've been quietly celebrating our amazing veterinary assistants and technicians all week long, but I just couldn't let the week end without making one slightly embarrassing, mushy social media posts! 😂❤️

I may be a little biased (okay, a LOT biased!), but we truly have some of the most amazing ladies at BOTH of our locations! 🐾

These ladies work hard, love harder, and give so much of themselves every single day. They show patience when things get hectic, compassion when things get emotional, and somehow manage to keep smiling through the chaos that comes with veterinary medicine.

Our doctors appreciate them, I appreciate them more than they probably realize, and I truly hope our clients see and appreciate just how special these ladies are, too.

They are so much more than the people helping behind the scenes. They are the comforting hands, the calming voices, the extra cuddles, and the hearts that help keep our hospitals running. ❤️

So, ladies, here's your slightly embarrassing public shout-out! You are loved, valued, and appreciated more than words can express! We couldn't do what we do without you, and I wouldn't want to do it with anyone else!

Thank you for everything you do, every single day! 🐶🐱💕

🐾💙 Happy Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week! 💙🐾
This week, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the incredible veterinary technicians who are such an important part of our Foothills family! 🐶🐱❤️

Our technicians are truly the heart of what we do. Their compassion, patience, dedication, and unwavering commitment to our patients never go unnoticed.

From comforting a nervous pet to reassuring a worried owner, assisting our veterinarians, juggling countless responsibilities, and handling even the most challenging days with kindness and professionalism — our technicians do it all! 🩺🐾

Their patience is remarkable, their hearts are enormous, and their love for animals shines through in everything they do.

We want each of our technicians to know just how much they are valued, respected, and appreciated by EVERYONE throughout our hospitals. You make a difference not only in the lives of our patients and clients but also in the lives of your coworkers every single day.

💙 Thank you for your hard work, your gentle hands, your caring hearts, and the countless things you do behind the scenes that often go unseen.
We are incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing team!

🐾 Please join us in celebrating our wonderful veterinary technicians and showing them the appreciation they deserve! 🐾

🐾❤️ A Special Announcement to Our Grooming Families ❤️🐾

We would like to let our wonderful clients know that our groomer will be taking some much-needed time away from October 26th through November 18th.

She will be traveling home to Japan to spend precious time with her mother, who is nearing the end of her life.

During this difficult and emotional time, we want her to have the opportunity to be with her family, make lasting memories, and cherish every moment with her mother.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, compassion, cooperation, and understanding as we make adjustments to our grooming schedule during her absence.

We know how much you love and depend on her to care for your precious fur babies, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support.

Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers as she makes this important journey home. ❤️

Thank you for being such a caring and understanding part of our veterinary family. 🐾💕

Please call to reschedule or check the status of your next appointment.

We proudly introduce you to Dr. Casey Fekete:
Dr. Fekete was born and raised in Mandeville, LA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal and Dairy Sciences from Mississippi State University before returning to Louisiana to attend LSU School of Veterinary Medicine.
After earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she practiced small animal medicine for three and a half years before making Greenville her new home.
Dr. Fekete especially enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and their pets and believes that strong communication and preventative care are important parts of helping pets live long, healthy lives.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Fekete enjoys hiking with her Golden Retriever, Krewe, taking Pilates classes, trying new restaurants, and exploring everything Greenville and the Upstate have to offer.

A little Saturday project 👀🎨

Some of the Foothills crew spent their day off giving our lobby & front desk area at Foothills Greenville a much-needed refresh! But you didn’t think we’d show you the new color THAT easily, did you? Any guesses what color we went with?

Come see the finished look when we open Monday! 🐾
