Wedington Animal Hospital was established as North College Animal Hospital in February of 1993. It was just Dr. Herring and one other staff member for the first couple of months. In July of 2002 the clinic was moved to its current location at 4363 W Wedington Drive. Within a year they began looking for more associates. Currently the clinic is home to 8 full time Veterinarians, and approximately 48 additional staff members all dedicated to providing the best possible care for your pets.

You’re not *just* a dad.
You’re a personal chef, chauffeur, cuddle buddy, & occasionally, litter box maintenance crew. & we LOVE you for it.

Say hi to our main man, Fugitive! 👋🏽
Our sweet guy is ready to find his people & we are so excited to introduce him!! This handsome 2-year-old, 30lb puppy dawg is looking for his forever home with his perfect peeps. Fuge (as we lovingly call him) is full of personality, incredibly loyal to his people, & loves to snuggle after a good play session. He’s been thriving in a foster home where he’s had time to decompress & learn how to just be a silly lil dog again.

Fugitive would do best as the only pet in the home; he’s not a big fan of small animals or cats & has a high prey drive. He needs a secure yard & a dedicated parent who understands dog behavior that is ready to give him the structure & love he deserves. With the right person, Fugitive will be the most devoted companion you could ask for!!!

Fuge is up to date on all of his vaccines, and heartworm negative, and will be neutered prior to adoption. 💉
