This week’s employee highlight goes to our wonderful Facility Manager, Morgan Braddy!
We love you Schmorg!
Hi! I’m Morgan and I am the facility manager. I’ve worked at Willow Tree Kennels for about ten years now with some minor hiatuses here and there to further my education and skill set in the world of all things dog. I worked for years as a certified professional dog trainer and dabbled in the medical side of the industry working as a veterinary assistant while earning my degree to become a registered veterinary technician. I have raised both of my two dogs, Gus and Nephy, at Willow Tree and we consider the kennel our second home that we love sharing with all of their favorite aunts. Similar to Stacy, my favorite part of the job is getting to know your families and watching our guests grow from rambunctious pups into sweet adult dogs. It’s so rewarding to walk through the kennel and have your pets excited to see the familiar faces of our wonderful staff. Since landing back at Willow Tree about two years ago now I’ve loved to see how we are able to constantly learn and grow as an industry to take the best, most intentional care of your pets - be it through earning the trust of a nervous first time boarder or throwing our seasonal parties to have fun with all of our most beloved regulars and turning the new faces into our Willow Tree family.
