Did you know that over 500,000 pets are affected by house fires each year, and an estimated 1,000 of those fires are accidentally started by pets? 😱🔥

A little preparation and planning can go a long way! Here are a few quick tips to keep your furry family members safe:

✅ Place pet rescue alert stickers on windows
✅ Never leave pets unattended around open flames
✅ Secure loose wires and stove k***s
✅ Keep collars with ID tags on pets in case of emergency
✅ Know where your pets like to hide—this helps first responders!

🐾 Rachel joined our team in 2023 as a veterinary assistant. She is passionate and talented at what she does, and is particularly fond of her "extra spicy" feline patients. 😉
