Sycamore Veterinary Services has an in house Ultrasound machine! Why wait for a traveling ultrasound technician and wait on results when you can get same day Ultrasound appointments at half the cost!

Just a little post-Valentine’s Day fun!! Our remaining kitten is searching for the pawfect home with her tind-purr profile 🐾

Meet Sergeant Tibbs! Did you know that Sgt. Tibbs is originally a girl brown tabby cat in the book that inspired Disney’s 101 Dalmatians? Much like the character she’s named for—our Tibbs is a brave and trusty kitty!

‼️Update regarding the kittens that were dropped off in a box this morning‼️

The 10 kittens were taken to ACC Animal Control this morning & will be put up for adoption through them when they are ready

We did find an ELEVENTH kitten this afternoon who had gotten out of the box at some point before they were found & was hiding in a tree.

We searched around to see if we could find anymore but if whoever dropped them off or knows who dropped them off knows exactly how many kittens were in the box total that would be extremely helpful so we can insure we have them all & that they are safe!

Kelly with Cat Zip Alliance - Campus Cats has offered to get the mama/mamas spayed, no questions asked, so that they don’t continue to reproduce so please reach out!

Edit; We have gotten lots of comments & DM’s about when these babies will be available for adoption. They have been picked up & taken to Athens Animal Control so they can all be spayed/neutered & vaccinated before adoption through them

This morning we had a little bit of a… surprise waiting outside of our gate when we got there

This box was sitting there with 10, yes TEN, kittens in it 🐱

We do not know exactly when they were dropped off but we wanted to make this post to say a few things

We understand that having this many kittens at once can be overwhelming, but there are correct & legal ways to go about a situation like this

Leaving the kittens in a box here, or anywhere, is a illegal. it’s animal abandonment

What if something would have gotten to them before we did?

We are more than happy to help as much as we can in situations like these

PLEASE if you have animals that you can no longer take care of reach out to us to find out the legal way to go about it instead of abandoning them anywhere

Also if anyone has any idea who these kittens may have belonged too please let us know ASAP
