URGENT NEED!!
Dear Hope family--We need your help. If you have any old towels, blankets/comforters that you are looking to get rid of, we could use your donations! We can use any size towel from the Beach towel to the hand towel. Please do not go out and buy any; we are just looking for the towels you no longer want. Thank you in advance!!!

Look who we spotted! Our amazing Technician Supervisor, Nicole Laws, is currently taking part in Operation Healthy Tennessee. She and her unit are providing essential spay and neuter services to communities in need. We’re incredibly proud of her dedication and can’t wait to welcome her back!

As the warm temperatures stick around, don’t forget how hot asphalt and sidewalks can get! If it’s too hot for your bare feet, it’s too hot for your pet’s paws. 🐾

Try walking your furry friends early in the morning or later in the evening, and always check the ground with your hand before heading out. Stay safe and cool out there! 💛🐶🐱

📣 Grooming Update at Hope Animal Medical Center

We want to let our wonderful clients know that our groomer, Ilaina, will be leaving Hope at the end of June. We are so thankful for the love and care she’s given to our patients, and she will be greatly missed! 💛

Starting July 1st, we will still offer bathing services for established patients, but will no longer provide grooming services that include haircuts.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and love for our nation will never be forgotten.

We also hold close the memory of the loyal service animals who stood by their sides—true heroes in their own right.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and reflective Memorial Day. Let us never take for granted the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything.

If you have a pet emergency while we are closed, please contact the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital Emergency Department at 706-542-3221. They are available 24/7 to provide emergency care.

We will reopen with regular hours on Tuesday, May 27.
