🐾 Introducing our NEW nurse-led Senior Pet Clinics 🐾

As our pets get older, their needs change and our veterinary nurses are here to help support them.

Our clinics are designed to provide advice, monitoring and support for senior pets. The clinics will cover topics such as mobility, weight management, nutrition, medication support, quality of life and more.

Registered Veterinary Nurses undergo years of study and practical training to gain the knowledge and skills needed to advise owners on a wide range of pet health and wellbeing topics. These clinics are a great opportunity to discuss any concerns you may have and help keep your older pets comfortable and happy in their golden years 🐶🐱

From 22nd April new EU rules have come into effect covering how GB residents can travel to the EU with their pets:

- GB residents should no longer use EU pet passports to travel into the EU
- Animal Health Certificates now last longer once you arrive, but they are still single-use
- If someone else travels with your pet, extra paperwork is needed and the pet must travel within 5 days of the owner
- There is a new five-pet limit per private vehicle

A family affair…. 4 weeks ago we vaccinated and microchipped 9 gorgeous Labrador puppies who were born locally. And yesterday we were delighted to see 6 of the 9 back for their second vaccines and anti-parasite treatment. All of them were looking brilliant and had settled into their new homes so well.

And to keep it even more local they all went home with their vaccines recorded in a certificate with their uncle on the front…. vet Sophie’s dog Rom!
