‼️Important Update for Pet Travel to the EU (from 22 April 2026) ‼️🐾 ✈️

Planning to travel to the EU with your pet? Here’s what you need to know:

☀️ New EU rules will apply to dogs, cats, and ferrets entering from Great Britain.
☀️ EU pet passports issued to GB residents will NO LONGER be valid for travel to the EU — even if issued before 22 April 2026.
☀️ You will need an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) for each trip to the EU.
☀️ EU pet passports can only be issued to EU residents.
☀️ No changes to returning to Great Britain with your pet.

🐾 Important Update for Our Clients 🐾

To help our team provide the best care for your pets, please keep the following turnaround times in mind when placing orders:

💊 Prescriptions: Please allow 48 hours for all medication requests and written prescriptions to be processed and signed off by a vet. This is inclusive of your parasite control also.

🥣 Food Orders: Food will be available for collection from 10 AM the following day after your order is placed.

Planning ahead ensures your furry friends never miss a dose or a meal! Thank you for your continued cooperation and support. ❤️

Mishka

Despite being public property of the stairs at the Storrar Practice Mishka had a home too where she was spoiled rotten. She was one of this world’s true characters and she had it all. The looks ,the sassy attitude and her own form of affection. I like to think, like all of you making the impossible decision, the truest form of love was to let her go. Work is going to be very strange for me not glancing behind, sneaking belly rubs and sharing all of her shenanigans with you. Thank you for all being such a big part of her amazing story.
