Big adventures for Big Lil'
A quick drive to local village, Nantgaredig, we saw EVERYTHING.
From kids on bikes to barking dogs, lawnmowers to oil tankers, motorbikes to scary drain covers
Big Lil' saw it all, and kept going.
We even finished with a coffee stop

Weaning is a terribly stressful time for both mum and baby. Foals at 6 months are not always ready for independence and can get very scared and worked up when left alone.

As you can see, Daphne is very "stressed" and "upset". So "stressed" she's had to squeeze in an extra nap!

We made it to the petrol station, where the lorry batteries decided to give up on life 💀

Thankfully I'd already ordered new ones, and we were only 5 mins from home. So we made it home safe

Maybe we could have carried on to the show, but I'll take a hint from the universe, I'm not stupid enough to ignore it.

I'm only upset that I spent so much time washing them yesterday for a trip to fill up with diesel 😂

Today is Pippa's "safe date" in her pregnancy. 320 days.

Feels like an eternity waiting for foals to be born, especially when this one is so late in the year

The next few weeks will bring sleepless nights and a very impatient me, I'm very ready to meet this baby 🍼
