An Avian Flu Prevention Zone remains in place across the whole of Wales as well as a poultry gatherings ban.

🐄🐑🦙🐐🐏Small Holder Bluetongue Vaccination Broach Days💉

For smaller holdings that have cattle, sheep, goats or camelids and are thinking of vaccinating but are concerned that some of the vaccines may come in larger dose sized bottles than you need, we will be holding 'broached' vaccination days. This will help you reduce costs when protecting your animals

The best way to protect your animals is through vaccination as this disease continues to emerge in the UK. The BTV-3 virus is spread by midges and we are rapidly approaching peak season.
