Reduced exercise because of the time change here in the UK? Give your dog a mental and physical workout at home 🏠

For most dogs, an Obstacle they have to bend just a little to go under is perfect, but if your dog is old, young, injured or brand new to training, start with an object they can easily just walk under!

Remember when using obstacles that safety comes first and you should have your dog assessed and treated for maintenance with a qualified physio/chiropractor/massage therapist etc.

The criteria for Under in Urban Freestyle is: Dog goes under an obstacle from one side to the other, either away from the handler or towards them. Handler’s arm must not go under the obstacle to guide the dog.

Used creatively, you can add energy to your Combo with this move in so many ways!

Our whole team, (human and canine!) are definitely summer people, and this sudden doom & gloom is making us a bit sad that another epic summer is over! BUT you don't need to go outside to give your dog what they need to be physically and mentally fulfilled.

Just spending 20 minutes running through some fun exercises with part of their dinner or some tasty treats can give your dog that satisfied, "happy tired" feeling. In turn, you get a nice calm dog afterwards!

Ellie is going to practice what she preaches and replace evening walkies with indoor training, consolidating all 15 Core Elements of Urban Freestyle. Make sure you're following to catch them all!

We're starting with Spin. The criteria for Spin in UF is: Dog walks around in a small circle on the spot. Must show both directions, not necessarily one after the other. Can be any position in relation to handler.
