Dry-land racing friends……

Anyone interested in getting an edge on strengthening and fitness for their dogs before temps drop and more intense harness work begins.???

Core strengthening and proprioception exercises can help increase strength, flexibility, improve your dogs body awareness all of which can help prevent injuries, improve stamina and fitness.

Happy to do 1-2-1 sessions with progressive program tailored to your individual dogs fitness level and competitive plans.

I can also offer group sessions depending on numbers and suitable venue.

Also applies to anyone looking to improve their dogs fitness.
All fitness plans are sports specific and tailored to each dog. 🐾💪
