🌷🐣 Happy Easter from all of us at Broad Lane Vets! 🐾💚

We hope you and your families have a lovely, relaxing weekend filled with treats and celebration.

A gentle reminder to keep your furry friends safe during the festivities:

🍫 Chocolate can be toxic to pets, even in small amounts.
🍞 Hot cross buns often contain raisins and currants, which are also harmful.

Please make sure these goodies are kept well out of reach, and if you’re ever concerned your pet has eaten something they shouldn’t, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

We have had a neutered adult black male domestic shorthaired cat, brought down to the Broad Lane Vets Surgery, he was found on Cromwell Lane, Burton Green (inbetween Hodgetts Lane and The Mews Cattery) . He is microchipped however the number on the file is not in service. He is currently receiving urgent medical treatment.

If you think this is your pet then please contact us ASAP on 02476464789 and ask to speak to Alice or Maggi. Proof of ownership will be required. Alternatively you may email us on [email protected]. Thank you.

Acupuncture is a safe, gentle treatment used alongside (or sometimes instead of) medication to help relieve pain, improve recovery and support wellbeing.

Pictured is the lovely Billy in for his regular acupuncture treatment with vet Imogen. 🐶

Acupuncture is performed by two of our vets Marleen and Imogen who are both members of the ABVA (Association of British Veterinary Acupuncturists). 🐾

Curious Cats 💚 🐾

Not every cat who visits us takes the opportunity to fully relax like those featured yesterday. Kitty and Dyfi both made the most of their visit, exploring the room and having a good nosey while seeing our vets Ali and Sally for their routine vaccines. 💉🐱

We especially love Maine C**n Dyfi squeezing himself onto the shelf! 💚
