Some lovely releases from London after his wither rocks. We did some gentle groundwork tonight using a simple pole matrix. I am slowly starting to unlock and replace his movement patterns. As a racehorse he has always been taught to move fast in a straight line. Moving on a curve/circle is very alien to him and the ground work is a massive part of re educating his mind but most importantly his body. It isnt always about the riding, so much can be achieved from the ground. I am available for groundwork/rehabilitation sessions. Feel free to contact me for details 🙂

This is the lovely London or New London to give him his full racing name. He joined me in March through Godolphin Lifetime Care Programme which supports Godolphin-owned thoroughbred horses as they move on to a life after racing. He is a 7 year old who has been a successful racehorse (he has even raced in Hong Kong and Dubai!). I am really looking forward to our journey together. He is proving to be a really sweet boy so far 🇬🇧🤩
