Nice trip to Scone Palace International Horse Trials last week for the NPS Scotland finals. Got stuck in an accident on the way there, so that was an hours delay, but we had plenty of time, and kept ourselves amused.
Rings were a long walk from the lorry park but we left plenty of time. Mixed classes so always hard for the minis, amd the stallion class was all native breeds, but Gardie Moonstep finished 6th and best mini so pleased, and also 6th for Hjaltland Pozie in her class.
No pictures of the rosettes as Pingu puppy has chewed them 🙈🙈

Nice to be back out in the relatively drama free world of showjumping, after a few weeks of showing! Nice double clear for 3rd today, much less "bouncing" although people still say "well done for staying on"🙈🤣. Becoming much more consistent in her work now. Brakes still and optional extra!

Busy weekend for us. Lucky that the lorry has air conditioning and fans, so the horses are kept cool when travelling.
Hanleen Vistarco went to jump on Saturday, and I was pleased to be the 1st horse in the 1st class! Jumped well for a fence in the jump off but still finished 5th, and we were on the way home by 0920!
Sunday saw us at AYRSHIRE SHETLAND PONY GROUP summer show, where the ponies can stay in pens all day out of the heat, with hay and water.

My beautiful Fifi scanned empty again today. We have tried her with 2 different stallions this year and neither have worked so have decided not to try again.
This means we only have 3 foals due next year (although we still have one to arrive this year 😴)
So next year we have
Ballingown estella (future trend) x Jetstar
Ardenbeag Mariposa x Gardie Moonstep (possibly a roan foal)
Hjaltland Pozie x Gardie Moonstep (full sibling to this year's Duneaton Geneva)

Good day out with Hanleen Vistarco, who hasn't been out for awhile due to the younger horses, and the ponies. But she jumped 2 good double clears for 4th and 2nd so hopefully she will be out a bit more regularly
